A good introductory how to for food storage. Ideas on how to (safely) store food, how to rotate food and many recipes using food storage/dried goods. Charts you can fill in to track your food usage to figure out how much you can store. How much and what you store is left up to you based on your food usage during the week or so you choose to track. A bit more direct direction in that area would have been appreciated, but nonetheless a very useful book for beginners. ( )
