Pursuant to notice heretofore given, Mr. Wagner moved to suspend the rules and that the committee on labor and industry be discharged from the consideration of Senate bill (No. 93, Int. No. 93) entitled "An act to protect the health, morals and welfare of women and minors employed in industry by establishing a wage commission and providing for the determination of living wages for women and minors."
