1. The Expenditure represents, under Sub-Heads A. and B., the amounts of the Nature of deficiencies on the Income Accounts of the Funds for Trustee Savings Banks and Expenditure. Friendly Societies respectively for the year ended_20 November 1904, and, under Sub-Head C., the amount of the deficiency on the Income Account of the Post
Office Savings Bank Fund for the year ended 31 December 1904, as shown in Parliamentary Paper 216/1905 prepared pursuant to Acts 40 Vict., c. 13, s. 17, and 54 and 55 Vict., c. 21, s. 15.
2. The Surplus to be Surrendered is, as shown by the Account, 1,6961. 28.
