Said transfer to be made subject to any bonded indebtedness of said. society which may be a lien upon the land so transferred. That such conveyance of lands shall not be considered complete until the deed therefor shall have been approved by the attorney-general and delivered to the comptroller of the state of New York, with the certificates of the clerk of Onondaga county that it has been recorded in the office of said clerk.

"For Irving F. Cragan in payment of a balance remaining unpaid for his services in reporting the investigation of the charges against the managers of the New York State Reformatory at Elmira, in pursuance of chapter three hundred and fiftyeight of the laws of eighteen hundred and ninety-four, seven hundred and seventy-six dollars and seventy-five cents, or so much thereof as may be necessary payable upon the audit of the comptroller.

"For the North American Company of Newark, New Jersey, the sum of four thousand three hundred dollars and eighty cents, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for taxes erroneously paid into the treasury by said company, January sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven. If accepted, to be in full for all costs and claims against the state or comptroller."

"For Newcomb Carlton for services performed at the request of the governor as electrical and mechanical engineer, five hundred and ninety-seven dollars and seventeen cents, or so much thereof as may be necessary.

"For the Thomas Orphan Asylum for architect's fees and expenses in connection with the construction of the new diningroom building, one thousand dollars.

"For the personal representatives of Joseph Mullin and Daniel G. Griffin for services and disbursements as counsel of the state in the action of the People against Armour and others, the sum of three thousand four hundred and ninety-five dollars.

"For Purcell, Walker & Burns for services and disbursements as counsel of the state in the action of the People against Armour et al, the sum of two hundred and forty dollars and fortyfive cents.

"For Mullin, Purcell Walker for services and disbursements as counsel for the state in the action of the People against Armour and others, the sum of two hundred eighty-six dollars and three cents or so much thereof as may be necessary.

"For John E. Weeks and S. M. Payne for professional opinions and report upon the lighting of the senate chamber and necessary changes to be made therein, the sum of five hundred dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be paid on the audit of the comptroller.

"To W. Barlow Dunlap for amount awarded to him according to law for tuberculosis cattle killed by the state board of health, six hundred and seventy-five dollars.

"To Boyd McDowell as executor of the estate of S. C. Gray, deceased, awarded to him pursuant to law, for tuberculosis cattle killed by the state board of health, two thousand four hundred and fifteen dollars.
