The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Assembly returned the Assembly bill (No. 1745, Senate reprint No. 1483) entitled "An act making appropriations for certain expenses of government and supplying deficiencies in former appropriations" (Rec. No. 470), with a message that they have appointed Messrs. Allds, Kelsey, Sears, Palmer and Fitzgerald as a committee of conference thereon.

Ordered, That the Clerk return said bill to the Assembly.

The bill (No. 1430), entitled "An act to amend the charter of the city of Rochester, relating to condemnation proceedings" (Int. No. 1005), having been announced for a third reading,

Mr. Raines moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on affairs of cities, with instructions to said committee to report the same forthwith amended as follows :

Page 2, line 14, after the word "therein" insert the words "within the county of Monroe."
