The aor. was far more comm Of the 1st aor. the form εἶπας, εἴπατε and εἰπάτω we the most frequent, yet ev these were constantly e changed for the correspon ing forms of the 2d aor. Bu φθάνω, I anticipate, fut. φθ σομαι, perf. ἔφθακα, aor. ἔ θασα οι ἔφθην. φύω, I produce, φύσω, ἔφυσ πέφυκα, 2d aor. ἔφυν. Τh last two forms are intransi tive. χρή, sub. χρῇ, optat. χρείη, infin χρῆναι, part. χρεών (τό) : fut χρήσει, imperf. ἐχρῆν comm. χρῆν. ὠνοῦμαι, I purchase, ὠνήσομαι, etc., aor. ἐπριάμην. the subject of the verb. ch. 1.
