Repeal of part of § 10 of Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, and pro- vision in lieu of it, Power to sell and convey Lands for an Annual Rentcharge, and to recover same, extended to all cases where parties entitled are under disability or incapacity,
Amount of Rentcharge to be settled as provided in § 9 of Lands Clauses Consolidation Act,
But subject to proviso limiting minimum rate and security of such Rentcharge, Where lands are so taken upon Rentcharge instead of Purchase, Borrowing Powers of the Company to be reduced in proportionate ratio equal to 20 years purchase of such Rentcharge, Lands required for service of Admiralty or War Department; or for public purposes by Town Councils, xxxix. p. 414, 416-7 Preliminary Inquiries by Admiralty in case of undertakings affecting Tidal Lands, &c., under their jurisdiction (see Tramways, &c.), xli. 41, xlii. 2 et seq.
