His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has been pleased to direct, in pursuance of sec. 52 of the "Copyright Act of 1879" (42 Vic. No. 20), that the following Forms, Books of Register, and Scale of Fees, under Part I of that Act, shall be used in the office of Copyright Registry of New South Wales, in lieu of those authorized by notification in the Government Gazette of 22nd July and 18th July, 1879, respectively.
