THE Golden

days after Epiphany will be the same as if Easter-Day had fallen one day later than it really does. And, for the same reason, one day must, in every Leap-Year, be added to the day of the month given by the Table for Septuagesima Sun. day, and for the first day of Lent: unless the Table gives some day in the month of March for it; for in that case, the day given b; the Table is the right day.

lendar will point out the days of the Paschal Full Moons, till the year of our Lord 1900; at which time, in order that the

Ecclesiastical Full Moons may fall nearly on the same days with the real Full Moons, the Golden Numbers must be removed to different days of the Calendar, as is done in the annexed Table, which contains so much of the Calendar then to be used, as is necessary for finding the Paschal Full Moons, and the Feast of Easter, from the year 1900, to the year 2199, inclusive. This Table is to be made use of, in all respects, as the first Table, before inserted, for finding Easter till the year 1899.

FOR FINDING THE DOMINICAL OR SUNDAY LETTER, AND THE PLACES OF THE

GOLDEN NUMBERS IN THE CALENDAR.

. From the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same, my Name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my Name, and a pure offering : for my Name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts. Mal. i. 11.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be alway acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer. Psalm xix. 14, 15.

When the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. Ezek. xviii. 27.

I acknowledge my transgressions; and my sin is ever before me.

Psalm li. 3. Hide thy face from my sins; and blot out all mine iniquities. Psalm li. 9.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. Psalm li. 17.

Rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of tho cvil. Joel ii. 13.

To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him ; neither have we
