ROBINSON, one of the representatives of the city of Norfolk; and whereas it is eminently proper that we should testify our sorrow in the death of one who for so many years past has been prominently connected with the legislation of the state, and whose daily intercourse with the members of this body was marked by courtesy of manner and genial companionship, leaving an impress upon their hearts not to be forgotten; therefore, be it Resolved, That this House recognizes in the death of EDMUND C.
