One copy, signed by the Consul, is to be returned to the master, the Consul. who, on the arrival of the ship at its port of destination in the United Kingdom, is required to deliver the same to the Shipping Master, and the other to be retained by the Consul, to be transmitted with his accounts to the Board of Trade, if any expenses have been incurred on the seaman's account.
