A SPINNING wheel of gold, with rim of dark blue enamel, upon which appears the name of the Society in gold letters. The spokes terminate in thirteen stars typifying the thirteen original states. The distaff combined with the wheel is also of gold, while the flax with which it is filled is of platinum.
