The "Sun Dial" Gas Cooking Stoves.

We claim for these stoves the following advantages over other methods of cooking:

1st. More healthful through the absence of waste of heat, soot, smoke, dust and smell.

20. More certain, by the rapidity of manipulating, in consequence of the simplicity of construction.

3d. Less troublesome, requiring very little attention during the process of cooking. 4th. Less expensive.

5th. Less wasteful; through loss of weight, the juices and fat, instead of being separated, as is the case in ordinary process, remain thoroughly incorporated with the meat, a point of great importance in a nutritive as well as economical sense.

6th. The adoption of the most perfect burners in all the apparatus, whether for heating or cooking purposes, discovered by scientific research.
