Meean Meer, January 26, 1858. Captain H. W. Best, Boolundshuhur, September 28, 1857. Captain Best received a severe sabre wound in the neck at the action of Boolundshuhur, fought on the 28th September, in attacking a superior force of the enemy's horse. Captain Best was doing duty with the 1st Punjaub Cavalry, under Lieutenant Watson.
