PREFACE TO SECOND EDITION. This edition contains a reference to the statutes of the United States relating to Patents, Trade-Marks, Labels and Copyrights. Under each section are notes referring to cases by which that section has been construed. The reference to the cases has been brought down to the first day of October, 1883. There is also a table of cases cited and a table of patents construed. It is believed that this work will be the most handy for the practitioner that has been issued. BALTIMORE, February, 1884.
