SEC. 4957. SEC. 4966. Any person publicly performing dramatic composition for which a copyright has out the consent of the proprietor thereof, or his be liable for damages therefor, such damages in a at such sum, not less than one hundred dollars f dollars for every subsequent performance, as to to be just.

SEC. 4970. The circuit courts, and district cour tion of circuit courts, shall have power, upon bill party aggrieved, to grant injunctions to prevent right secured by the laws respecting copy rights, a and principles of courts of equity, on such ter deem reasonable.

SEC. 2.
