The Assembly bill (No. 2357) entitled "An act to authorize the State Comptroller to hear and determine the application of Louise Durant for cancellation of the sale of 1895 of lot E, township 34 Totten and Crossfield's purchase, Hamilton county, as sold at said sale for unpaid taxes" (Rec. No. 693), was read the third time.
