sioners for any town applying for such commissioners, and to provide revenue for the construction, repair and maintenance of sidepaths for bicycles" (Rec. 241), for the purposes of amendment.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said resolution, and it was decided in the affirmative. Ordered, That the Clerk return said resolution to the Assembly with a message that the Senate have concurred in the passage of

the same.

The Senate resolved itself in a committee of the whole, and proceeded to the consideration of general orders, being the bills entitled as follows:
