Cap. 104. For continuing and amending an act, of the tent

year of his prefent Majefty, for amending and widening the roa
from Saint Stephen's Gate, in the county of the city of Norwich
to the windmill in the town of Watton, in the county of Norfolk..

Cap. 105. To continue the term, and alter the powers, of f

much of two acts, made in the twenty-fifth and thirty-fir

years of the reign of his late Majefty, for repairing feveral road

in the counties of Linlithgow and Stirling, as relates to the road

lying within the county of Linlithgow.

Cap. 106. For enlarging the term and powers of an act, paffed

in the eighth year of the reign of his prefent majesty King

George the Third, for repairing and widening the road from the

Mayor's Stone, in Abingdon, in the county of Berks, through Cum-

ner, to the ancient borse road at Swinford, in the faid county.

Cap. 107. To continue the term, and alter and enlarge the

powers, of an act, paffed in the ninth year of the reign of his

prefent Majefty, for repairing and widening the road from Cheadle

to Botham Houle, and from thence to Butterton Moor End, i

the county of Stafford.

Cap. 108. To continue the term, and alter the powers, of se

much of two acts, made in the twenty-fifth and thirty-firft years
of the reign of his late Majefty, for repairing feveral roads in the
counties of Linlithgow and Stirling, as relates to the roads lying
within the county of Stirling; and for repairing the road from
Loanhead to Saint Ninian's, in the faid county of Stirling.

Cap. 109. For repairing several roads in the counties of Stir-

ling and Dumbarton.

Cap. 110. For more effectually amending, widening, and

keeping in repair, the roads from the town of Denbigh, to the

turnpike road between Northop and Holywell, and from Afon Wen

to the town of Mold, in the counties of Denbigh and Flint.

Cap. 111. For enlarging the term and powers of an act, paffed

in the ninth year of the reign of his prefent majefty King George

the Third, for repairing and widening the road from the end of the

turnpike road in Shawbury, in the county of Salop, to Drayton in

Hales, in the faid county; and from thence to Newcastle under Line,

in the county of Stafford, and from Shawbury aforefaid to the turn-

pike road in High Ercall, in the said county of Salop, and fram

Shawbury aforefaid to Wem, in the faid county; and from thence

to the turnpike road in Standford, in the faid county.

Cap. 112. For enlarging the term and powers of an act, passed

in the tenth year of the reign of his prefent Majefty, for repair-

ing and widening the road from Tunftall, in the county of Stafford,

to Boley, in the county of Chefter; and from Great Chell to Shel

on, in the faid county of Stafford.

Cap. 113. To enlarge the term and powers of an act, made

in the fourth year of the reign of his prefent Majefty, for repair-

ing, widening, and keeping in repair, the high roads leading from

Alfreton, in the county of Derby, through Carter Lane, to a certain

plate in the town of Mansfield called Stockwell; and from the bridle

gate, at the divifion of the liberties of Blackwell and Hucknall,

through the town of Sutton in Ashfield, to the Mansfield and

Newark tarnpike at or near Python Hill, in the foreft of Sherwood,

in the county of Nottingham.

Cap. 114. For amending, widening, and keeping in repair,

the road from the east end of Bromham Bridge, in the county of

Bedford, to the turnpike road leading from Wellingborough to

Olary, in the county of Bucks; and alfo the road from the faid

turnpike road, at or near the fouth end of the town of Olney

aforefaid, to the turnpike road leading from Northampton to

Newport Pagnell, in the fame county.

Cap. 115. For continuing the term, and enlarging the powers,

of certain acts for repairing the road from the town of Hitchin,

through Shefford, to the turnpike road from Saint Albans to Bed-

ford, and other roads therein mentioned, in the counties of

Hertford and Bedford.

(lately called Thomas Samwell Watfon) and his heirs male,

take the furname, and use the arms of Samwell, pursuant to th

will of fir Thomas Samwell baronet, deceased.

faid parith.

27. An act for impowering the trustees of the most noble

Henry duke of Newcastle to lay out part of his fettled money in

the purchase of a leafehold manor, meffuages, farms, lands,

tythes, tenements, and hereditaments, lying intermixed, or con-

venient to be enjoyed, with his fettled eftates in the counties of

Nettingham and York, upon the like trufts, and with the like

powers, as his faid eftates now stand settled upon, or are fubject

or liable to.

28. An act for fale of part of the fettled eftates of Richard

Wilson esquire, deceased, in the county of York, and for fettling

other estates, in the county of the city of York, in lieu thereof.

29. An act for vefting the fettled eftates of the reverend Ste-

the White, doctor of laws, in London, Middlefex, Surrey, and

Hertfordshire, in trustees, to be fold, and for laying out the pur-

chale money in other eftates to be fettled to the fame uses, and

for enabling the trustees in the mean time to grant building and

repairing leafes.

30. An act to enable fir John Riddell baronet, to use the fur-

name and arms of Buchanan, pursuant to the will of Archibald

Buchanan efquire, deceased, and for vefting certain eftates in the

Counties of Bedford and Bucks, devifed by the faid will to the

ules therein mentioned, in trustees to fell the fame, for difcharg-

ing incumbrances thereon, and to lay out the refidue of the

money arifing by fuch fale in the purchase of lands to be fettled

to the fame ufes, and for other purposes.

31. An act for exchanging the fettled estate of the reverend

John Templer, in the county of Kent, for another eftate of greater

value in the county of Devon, to be fettled in lieu thereof.

32. An act for fettling and fecuring the lands of Quintinespie,

Kirkands, and others, and the teinds, parfonage, and vicarage

of the lands of Redcastle, and others, lying in the ftewartry of

Kirkcudbright, to and in favour of mistress Margaret Lawrie of

Redcastle, widow of the deceafed Andrew Lawrie efquire of Red-

valle, and the fame feries of heirs in fee tail, and under the fame

conditions and limitations as are mentioned and contained in

two deeds of entail, made in the years one thousand seven hun-

dred and twenty-feven and one thousand feven hundred and

thirty-three, by Mr. Walter Lawrie of Redcastle, and for vesting

in the aforefaid miftrefs Margaret Lawrie, and her heirs and

afligns in fee fimple, the lands of Mool and Cairn, and others,

in the county of Wigton.

33. An act for vefting certain parts of the fettled eftates Thomas Eftcourt efquire, in the counties of Gloucester and Wi in trustees, to be fold and exchanged, and for laying out part the money arifing by fale in other eftates, to be fettled to the fa ufes, and for applying the refidue in discharge of incumbranc 34. An act to effectuate and establish an exchange betwee William Colhoun efquire, and the provoft and fcholars of th King's college of Blessed Mary and Saint Nicholas, of Cambridg of the advowson and right of patronage of and to the rectory o Hepworth, in the county of Suffolk, and certain pieces of lan and hereditaments in Hepworth aforefaid, for the advowfon and right of patronage of and to the rectory of Weft Wretham, in the county of Norfolk.

36. An act for vefting part of the fettled eftates of the mof noble Charles duke of Norfolk, in the county of Suffex, in him the faid duke, in fee, and for fettling other estates of the said duke in the fame county, of equal or greater value, in lieu thereof.

37. An act for vefting the manor of Fisherton Delamere other wife Filberton Delamore, and other hereditaments in the county of Wilts, devised by the will of the most noble Charles formerly duke of Bolton, with the appurtenances, in trustees, difcharged of the uses and trufts of the said will, for the purpose of more effectually carrying into execution certain decrees or decretal or ders of the court of chancery for the fale of the faid eftates.

38. An act to confirm a leafe lately made by Henry Nevill, earl of Abergavenny, of certain entailed mines, and other hereditaments, in the county of Monmouth, and to enable granting future leafes of the faid entailed mines, and other hereditaments, and alfo of all other eftates of which the faid earl is feized, as tenant in tail male, under an act of parliament paffed in the fe cond and third years of the reign of King Philip and Queen Mary, and under the limitations in the laft will of George lord Abergavenny, in the faid act of Philip and Mary mentioned.

39. An act for vefting the fettled estates of Richard Hatchett efquire, and Katharine his wife, in the county of Chester, and part of their fettled eftates in the county of Salep, in truftees, to be fold, and for laying out the purchase money in other estates, to be settled to the fame uses.

40. An act for dividing and inclofing the open and common fields, meadows, heath, and waste grounds, within the parish of Bowbrickhill and hamlet of Fenny Stratford, in the county Buckingham.
