An act for providing an additional burying ground for the use of the par

of Saint Pancras, in the county of Middlesex; and for shutting op tir
present foot path leading through the church yard, and making a con

modious one in lieu thereof.
Trustees. When trustees are reduced to ten, new ones to be elected by
the survivors. First meeting of the trustees to be upon ten days notice
the church. Trustees to defray their own expences. Majority at publis
meetings to act, if five of the trustees are present. Actions to be brougi
in the name of the churchwardens, who shall be reimbursed their e
pences. Trustees to appoint officers; and take security. Power to purcha.:

penny in the pound at the rack rent. Securities for monies lent may be

should be allotted and paid to his faid wife, father or mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother or fifter, by any collector or revenue officer in Ireland, then and in such case the captain or commander of such ship or vessel is hereby strictly required and enjoined to cause four lists to be made out, which shall contain the names of all such inferior officers, seamen, non-commissioned officers of marines, and marines, as shall be desirous to remit to their wives, fathers or mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, brothers or sisters, the whole or any part of their wages or pay, except for the last fix calendar months of their service as aforefaid; in which lifts the amount of the wages or pay so desired to be paid, the name and place of abode of the wife, father or mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother or fifter of such officer, seaman, non-commissioned officer of marines, or marine, to whom such wages or pay are to be remitted and paid, and the district or address of the collector or revenue officer by whom such wages are to be made payable in Ireland, shall be specified and described in three separate distinct columns opposite to the name of such officer, seaman, non-commiffioned officer of marines, or marine, in the said lifts, and every such officer, seaman, non-commiffioned officer of marines, or marine, who shall fo desire that any such part of his wages or pay may be allotted and paid to his wife, father or mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother or sister, thall write his name or make his mark in a separate distinct column in the said lift, which lift shall be forthwith completed and signed by the captain or commander, and proper signing officers of such Thip or veffel, and such captain or commander shall transmit the faid lists by the first safe opportunity, without any neglect or de

N. B. The personating or falsely, assuming the name and character of

the wife or relation of any inferior officer, seaman, non-commif-
fioned officer of marines, or marine, or procuring any other to do
the same, in order to receive wages due to such officer, seaman, non-
commisioned officer of marines, or marine, is made felony, without
benefit of clergy, by an all passed in Ireland, thirty
George the Third.

THE officer to whom the within bill is addressed is directed by act $ pafled in Ireland thirty George the Third, cap. to examine

the duplicate thereof when presented, and enquire into the truth, by the oath of the person presenting the same; and, being satisfied, he is to testify to that purpose upon the back of the bill, and pay the amount without fee or reward; but if he shall not be able to pay the amount, from not having publick money fufficient in his hands, he shall note the cause of his refusing payment, and shall appoint another day, within one month at furthest from that time, and shall deliver back the bill, so noted, T 14
