Cap. 46. For eftablishing courts of judicature in the island of Newfoundland, and the islands adjacent.

Cap. 47. To explain and amend so much of an act, made in the feventh year of the reign of his present Majesty, as relates to hackney coaches and chairs.

Cap. 48. To impower the juftices of the peace for the county of Middlefex, to continue a feffion of the peace, and of oyer and terminer, begun to be holden before the effoign day of term, and fitting of the King's Bench at Westminster, notwithstanding the happening of fuch effoign day, or the fitting of the faid court of King's Bench at Westminster, or elsewhere, in the faid county of Middlefex.

Cap. 49. For allowing the importation of Quercitron or black oak bark, when the price of oak bark fhall be under the price mentioned in an act of the twelfth year of his present Majesty, and for lowering the duty payable on red Mangrove bark imported into this kingdom.

Cap. 50. For the relief of the coaft trade of Great Britain; for exempting certain coaft documents from ftamp duties; for abolishing the bond ufually called The Isle of Man Bend; and for permitting corn and grain brought coaftwife to be tranfhipped into lighters, for the purpose of being carried through the canal from the Forth to the Clyde.

Cap. 51. To exempt certain letters paffing between merchants or other persons carrying on trade or commerce in this kingdom, containing agreements with refpect to merchandise, notes, or bills of exchange, from the ftamp duty now impofed on written agreements.

Cap. 52. To continue, for a limited time, several acts of parliament for regulating the shipping and carrying flaves in British veffels from the coaft of Africa.

Cap. 53. For the more effectual administration of the office of a justice of the peace in fuch parts of the counties of Middlefix and Surrey as lie in and near the metropolis, and for the more effectual prevention of felonies.

Cap. 54. For more effectually fecuring the duties upon foreign printed, painted, or ftained paper, imported into Great Britain.

Cap. 55. To render more effectual an act, made in the twenty-fixth year of his prefent Majesty's reign, intituled, An act for vefting certain fums in commiffioners, at the end of every quarter of a year, to be by them applied to the reduction of the national debt; and to direct the application of an additional fum to the reduction of the faid debt, in cafe of future loans.

For making and maintaining a navigable canal from Kirkby Kendal, in the county of Westmorland, to Weft Houghton, in the county palatine of Lancaster; and also a navigable branch from the faid intended canal at or near Borwick, to or near Warton Cragg; and also another navigable branch from, at, or near, Gale Mofs, by Chorley, to or near Duxbury, in the faid county palatine of Lancaster.

Cap. 102. For making and maintaining a navigable cut or canal from, or from fome place near Pontnewynydd, into the river Usk, at or near the town of Newport; and a collateral cut or canal from the fame, at or near a place called Cryndau Farm, to or near to Crumlin Bridge, all in the county of Monmouth; and for making and maintaining railways, or ftone roads, from fuch cuts or canals, to feveral iron works and mines, in the counties of Monmouth and Brecknock.
