RULES UNDER THE COURT OF CHANCERY (FUNDS) ACT, 1872, 35 & 36 VICT. c. 44. Issued 21st day of December, 1872. 1872 THE RIGHT HONOURABLE ROUNDELL BARON SELBORNE, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, with the concurrence of the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, doth hereby in pursuance of the powers contained in "The Court of Chancery (Funds) Act, 1872," and of every other power enabling him in that behalf, make the following Rules: and Rules. 1. The Court of Chancery (Funds) Act, 1872, shall come into Commence operation on the 7th day of January, 1873, and these Rules shall ment of Act come into operation on the same day (which day is in these Rules referred to as the commencement thereof), and shall be filed in the Report Office of the High Court of Chancery, and may be cited as the "Chancery Funds Rules, 1872." of terms. 2.
