B., Esq., was lately chosen member for the county [or as the case may be] of for the present Parliament, summoned to be holden in our city of Westminster the now last past, and from thence by our several writs prorogued to and until the day of day of in the year of our reign [as the case may be], and there now holden; and whereas the Honourable Sir (A. B), knight, and the Honourable Sir (C. D.), knight, being two of the judges on the rota for the trial of election petitions, have, in accordance with "The Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868," duly adjudged the election of the said A. B. to be void, or the said A. B. is since dead, or is become a peer, &c. [as the case may be], as by the letter of our right trusty and well-beloved councillor Speaker of our Lower plainly appears. We House of Parliament, more fully and command you that in the place of the said A. B., within the county [or borough, or division] aforesaid, notice of the time and place, &c. [as at page 503].
