[30th July, 1855.] WHEREAS it is expedient to amend and extend the Public Libraries Act, 1850: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: ACTS REPEALED. Section I. The Public Libraries Act, 1850, is hereby repealed, but such repeal shall not invalidate or affect anything already |
