THE Author having reason to belive that the Reading of one of his Practical and Familiar Sermons forms, in some Families, a part of their domestic religious exercises on the Sunday Evening, has inserted, in the present Volume, such a number of Sermons, as together, with those contained in the preceding Volumes, will constitute a regular course of reading for two complete years. He has also affixed to the present volume a general Table of Reference to the whole five volumes, pointing out such of the Discourses, as, either from the subject discussed in them, or from some circumstances
