The subcommittee will come to order. Today we will hear testimony from the Labor Department concerning bill language and appropriations adjustments requested for fiscal year 1982. We will also use this hearing to discuss other Labor Department issues which may be raised by Members of Congress on either the next supplemental appropriations bill or the extension of the continuing resolution.
