JUSTICE BRADLEY was (with the exception of October 26) absent, by reason of illness, till November 9, when he took his seat. MR. JUSTICE GRAY was absent, by reason of illness, until November 2, when he took his seat.
CORRECTIOX. In Volume 140, the opinion in Rogers v. Dirant, commencing on page 800, was delivered by THE CHIEF JUSTICE, and not by MR. JUSTICE FIELD. Holders of the original edition of that volume are requested to make the correction.
