"An act to amend chapter two hundred and thirty-eight of the Laws of nineteen hundred and seventeen, entitled 'An act creating the hospital development commission, defining its powers and duties, authorizing contracts for new buildings in connection with the Utica State Hospital and the Middletown State Hospital, and making appropriations for such purpose and for the expense of the hospital development commission,' in relation to number of members of such commission."

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Hewitt, from the committee on finance, reported said bill amended as directed, and the same was ordered reprinted and placed on the order of third reading.
