The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

Ordered, That the Clerk deliver said bill to the Assembly and request their concurrence therein.

The Assembly bill (No. 1337, Rec. No. 239) entitled "An act to amend the Education Law, in relation to the Emory A. Chase Memorial Library at Catskill," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Assembly bill (No. 1382, Rec. No. 231) entitled "An act to authorize the Commissioner of Education to reapportion public school moneys to the several districts of the town of Mendon, Monroe county," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Assembly bill (No. 1444, Rec. No. 236) entitled "An act authorizing the trustees of Public Buildings to destroy or sell books, papers, records and documents of the former office of State Superintendent of Elections," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Senate bill (No. 1369, Int. No. 753) entitled "An act to amend the Farms and Markets Law, in relation to skimmed milk and products manufactured therefrom," having been announced for third reading, Mr. Whitley moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on agriculture with instructions to said committee to report the same forthwith, amended as follows:

Strike out all of subdivision three (3) of section sixty-four (64) following the words "milk fats" in line twenty (20) and inserting in lieu thereof the following "as or for condensed, evaporated, concentrated, powdered, dried or desiccated milk."

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the negative, as follows:
