No. 753) entitled “An act to amend the Farms and Markets Law, in relation to skimmed milk and products manufactured therefrom,” having been announced for third reading, Mr. Whitley moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on agriculture with instructions to said committee to report the same forthwith, amended as follows: Strike out all of subdivision three (3) of section sixty-four (64) following the words "milk fats" in line twenty (20) and inserting in lieu thereof the following as or for condensed, evaporated, concentrated, powdered, dried or desiccated milk.” The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the negative, as follows: Said bill was read the third time.
