Your Committee here desire to express their thanks to the citizens of Utica for the generous aid and assistance fur

nished by them, and for the cordial manner in which they supported every effort of this Committee to perfect the arrangements for the Reunion. The number of soldiers living in Utica and vicinity, who were known to have served with our Army, was limited to the members of this Committee; yet the citizens of Utica rendered pecuniary aid and personal service with an enthusiasm as great as though all her best and bravest sons were Cumberland Army men.

Especially do we wish to express our thanks and great obligations to the members of the various Committees for their generous labor and services. And we express the same thanks to the editors and proprietors of the Utica press for their uniform courtesy and assistance.

In conclusion, we trust that what we have done meets the approval of the Society.

All of which is fraternally submitted.

W. C. SQUIRE,

EDWIN HUTCHINSON,

W. H. BRIGHT,
