Majesty's service, disabled from
wounds received in action with the
enemy in the late war with
Russia and to such Relatives
(not the widows and orphans-
they being provided for by the
Royal Patriotic Fund) as depended
for support on those killed in action,
whose circumstances require relief;
also to the widows and orphans of
the killed, and to the men disabled
in action in the war with China,
