(a) Headquarters Administrative Expenses consist of proportions of salary of Higher Grade Clerk £5, District Inspector and Clerical Assistant £5, other Staff £15, and incidentals £12.

(b) Interest on advances has been calculated (i) on fixed capital at minimum Local Loans rates in force when the expenditure was incurred and (ii) on working capital at average Bank rate during the year of account.

(c) Estimated premium to cover Workmen's Compensation and loss of buildings, furniture, etc., by fire.

Annual depreciation of Motor Boat for future accounts will be 10 per cent.
