A message from the House of Representatives by their clerk: "Mr. President, The House of Representatives have passed a resolution, authorizing and directing the Treasurer to furnish the County of Coos with a set of standard weights and measures," in which they ask the concurrence of the senate."

Said resolution was read a first and second time.
